אנשי הרשימה עברו בין הפלגות והצליחו לגייס רוב בין המפלגות בעיר שחתמו שהם יסכימו להיתר מבית הדין לאישור הרשימה, על מנת לשמור על הליך דמוקרטי בבחירות הקרובות ואת החתימות הם הגישו לבית המשפט.
